Apply for Special Decoration
1). Floor Plan: The exhibitor with special decorations must report their booths details to the organizers (marked length, width, height) before 20th March 2010. If you do not report in time, you have no rights to enter the exhibition hall. Please hand in the non-official contractors business licenses to the organizers.
2). Please register in the Exhibition Services Center 7 days before the show opens. Making a Telephone Appointment is needed.
1. Process the construction documents.
2. Pay for the construction management fees
3. Pay for the construction deposit
4. Sign the < Booths Construction Security Liability Letter>
5. Pay for the power access.
6. Process the parking car license.
3).The contractor must take:
1. Colorful image of the booth design.
2. Floor plan of the booth
3. Booth construction of the circuit wiring diagram
4. Qualification proof of the company& contact person.
5. Registration location: Beijing Exhibition Center. Hall No.1
