2.The full payment for participation is due, no later than, 10 working days upon receipt of the conformation letter from the organizer.
3.The organizer will assign exhibition space on a ¡°first come, first-served¡± basis. However, the organizer reserves the right to make any alternations necessary to the booths when considering the overall effect of the exhibition.
4.The exhibitor has no right to transfer the booths to the third party.
5.The organizers will send out a copy of the Exhibitor Manual (including information regarding the exhibition schedule, freight forwarding, transportation, stand construction, hotel ect) to all exhibitors 30 days before the exhibition. Or please download the Exhibitor Manual from the website.
